Data we process
When you submit a business form, we process the contact, company, website, role, problem description, consent status and attribution parameters you provide. Essential browser storage records your cookie choice. Analytics is enabled only after consent.
Purposes and legal bases
We use form data to answer your request, qualify a possible audit or pilot and protect the form from abuse. Depending on the context, processing is based on steps requested before a contract, our legitimate interest in handling B2B enquiries, legal obligations or consent for optional marketing and analytics.
Recipients and transfers
Data may be processed by service providers supporting hosting, email delivery and consented analytics under appropriate arrangements. Google Analytics is loaded only after analytics consent. Provider documentation should be reviewed for details of any international transfer mechanism.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to respond, manage a potential business relationship, meet legal duties or establish and defend claims. Optional consent can be withdrawn for future processing.
Your rights
